When will my gift arrive?
Items should arrive within 14 business days. If your item doesn't arrive within this timeframe, please contact our customer service team by clicking on Contact Us.

How will my gift arrive?
Items are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service and UPS. If you order a large or bulky item, such as a refrigerator, your item will be shipped by a freight company.

What happens if I order a large or bulky item like a furniture set?
If you order a large item, your order will be shipped by a freight company. You will be contacted to set up a delivery window and if the delivery company is unable to reach you, they will leave a note at your door with their contact information.

What do I do if my gift arrived damaged?
Please make sure to check your gift as soon as it arrives to ensure it has not been damaged in shipping and is in working order. If your item is damaged upon delivery, please notify us by calling 800-621-4112 or emailing Customerservice@awardcenter.com.

Can I track my gift?
Click on Track Your Order, enter you redemption code, and your tracking information will display.

  1. The program sponsor may modify or terminate this program at any time without notice.
  2. You are responsible for ensuring no unauthorized or illegal use of the gift redemption website with your redemption code.
  3. The program sponsor reserves the sole right to determine the resolution of any question, interpretation, conflict, dispute, or other issue arising from or relating to any contest, awards, or redemption of gifts.
  4. All decisions on gift eligibility will be made by the program sponsor and are final.
  5. If a specific gift item is discontinued, program sponsor reserves the sole right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value.
  6. Program sponsor reserves the sole right to substitute any award with award of similar quality.
  7. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior written authorization from the Award Headquarters Customer Service Department. Award Headquarters offers a 30-day warranty plan on any defective merchandise. After 30 days, you will be provided with the manufacturer’s warranty/proof of purchase form to assist you in finding a dealer in your area.   8. Falsifying any redemption activity or engaging in any other fraudulent or improper conduct regarding gift redemption is prohibited. Program sponsor will determine, at its sole discretion, the penalty appropriate for any prohibited conduct.
  9. The rules and provisions of this platform, whether in electronic form or printed or any combination of print or electronic media, are subject to and shall be superseded by any other conflicting rules and provisions of the program sponsor.
  10. Redemption codes will expire after 12 months.
  11. All award selections are final.
